Bad customer service. 11 AM: Was told by store employee Andrew I would receive a call in regards to ordering a phone from their store when his boss came in, in about an hour. 1 PM: I called to follow up. Spoke with Andrew. Was told the boss was with a customer and he would call me afterwards. 8 PM: I never got that call. I wrote this review. UPDATE - 2018/08/08 - 9:45 PM - To Owner: We can talk here. What information do you want? (I sent a copy of this response to the owner via the email address they gave in their response to this review. I do not know how to respond directly on here.)
