Saying that they don't have access to activate the new cards. REALLY? I've been with Verizon for 8+ years and have never heard that a Verizon store can't activate Verizon cell phone service. I had to wait on the employee to finish playing his video game first before he even looked up my account. Oh, it was to much trouble for him to get up off his chair also. Once I was told that they were not going to help, I said, "maybe it's time to change providers." The employee responded, "great you do that" Shocked Iat his rude response, i said i would let Verizon know he said that. The other employee then said, "yeah go ahead and do that." This is customer service??? This encounter was after 10 calls to Verizon discussing my phone problem and a promise that I would receive a call after the Sims card was received to activate after I changed the card. The call NEVER came. YES, it's time for a new provider!!
