    We been in there three different times and turned around all three times. The first I had bought a phone with them and wanted to just get it activated. It was never even opened yet. Told me it would cost $30. Another time we were told by Verizon customer support to go to the corporate store to resolve our issues as both of us had problems. There was a sim card issue with the one phone. The last time a big and tall gentleman took care of paying off a phone and inquired about trading it in. He stated there was a pending status and couldn't do a thing. It was all over a physical Sim card that was sent to myself and had called Verizon customer service multiple times to get that taken care of so my husband could trade in his phone as they had a pending order on the account because of it and that prevented him from trading in his phone. I was told they would fix it every time. Needless to say the gentleman was rude as he stated because nothing was done my husband was told he couldn't do anything as he was literally walking away from us. We had to trail behind him. That was it. We walked right out of the store and went with another carrier. We both fought so hard calling multiple times customer service and tech just to get told lies. As a matter of fact the carrier we went with told us they get lied to often as well when trying to port numbers from Verizon wireless. They even activated the phones for free...like one should!

    Worst customer service I have appointment at 2 pm and I came at 1:45. But your team no show off till 2:30 pm.

    Appointment confirmed at 11A with Verizon/Meta for the meta glasses to then be informed they don’t show up until 12… Real punctual for a scheduled appointment that was confirmed. Just for clarification, the whole reason to schedule a demo is to be able to purchase the glasses then to be informed none are available, makes complete sense. Complete joke and waste of time… (3 hour drive time round trip twice!) Wouldn’t recommend signing up for the demo nor this location. On my first visit Marcus (employee) informed me to call prior to coming in the 2nd time which I did. No answer to the phone number he provided, great customer service and follow through!

    Sent my girl to pick up stuff at this store . There was a typo on the name I asked them to hold I’ll call and get it fixed . My girl said you’re busy I will come back . They cancel the order for no reason now my son’s gift won’t be there tomorrow . As a business owner I am her to say the staff that helped her was very rude incompetent and disrespectful. Don’t onto this store

    We were redirected to this store from another nearby location because this store is a corporate store instead of a franchise. Apparently certain transactions can be only be completed at a corporate store, even though Verizon doesn't advertise which stores can perform what services. The store was packed and there was a sign in list - but no signage or instructions on adding yourself to the waiting list. The wait did take a while, but once we began the process the transaction was handled quickly. Overall about what you would expect at a cell phone store.
