Shawna or whatever her name is was genuinely the rudest employee I have encountered in my life. Gave me incorrect prices for phones, plans, and trade in values that did not match what my Verizon account was offering me. I wanted to buy a new phone… “We don’t do that here!” Are you kidding? You don’t sell phones? I didn’t want to change my plan… “No I guarantee this plan is better than yours.” Huffing and puffing at everything I said I’d like to do. She did not smile or even say hello after she started yelling out my name across the entire store because she didn’t look at the customer description I inputted in the waitlist. She said she’d give me a quote and then after 15 minutes of her clicking around she said her Verizon tablet wasn’t working... Ended up telling me to go to the Apple store and that they don’t sell iphones in store. Yea okay.

I met Angel with Meta at this Verizon location she answered all my questions no matter how silly they were. She ensured I was comfortable with my purchase of my new Meta display glasses. She is Very knowledgeable on functionality of the glasses and the band accessory. I really enjoyed the experience compared to a typical visit to a wireless retail location.

Our bills always end up higher than promised in store. They get you to sign onto a contract so YOU are legally bound. But it seems they aren't.
We've filed a complaint with the FCC at this point because the reps can "only waive so much of the fee". My bill shouldn't be going up $160 above the AGREED AMOUNT. $300+ is a scam for the service where they'll throttle your data.

Zero stars should be in place. This is the worst location to exist. Every single employee is rude, not helpful, and only cares to make a sale. If you need any sort of help outside of a purchase, they will tell you to call customer service because they are all lazy and can't make money. Disgruntled, unhappy, miserable employees you keep here. It was so bad, I actually left Verizon and signed up at T Mobile and they are 100000% better. Will never recommend Verizon or this store to anyone. The store and managers should be ashamed. The female employee with brunette hair and highlights, was the worst encounter I've ever experienced. I cannot believe my experience with this company and am happy to recommend TMobile to all of my friends and family.

I have a STORY (Not angry but it was stressful)
So I went in to get a new phone because mine died. In the past, they would just switch what was on the old phone to the new phone. That didn't happen this time.
I picked out the new phone and we were told we just had to pay tax, so we did, and left. In the car I found the Sim card in the bag which they didn't tell me we had to put in ourselves. Whatever. XD I used my earring to put it in the phone.
So we go to Walmart to get a phone case and I realize my grandpa's phone has no service.... so when I turn on the new phone it tells me I have HIS number. So my grandpa is the worst person for that to happen too because he NEEDS that number for medical stuff very soon!. My mom then calls and she says that they activated my Nan's phone number, which she doesn't need... because she is dead. And on the app it looked like my grandma's phone was connected to my new phone XD
So my mother gets me on a call with her and the verizon guy and he says they shouldn't have let me leave the store so im like OoO
We go back and we have to WAIT AGAIN which is the part that annoyed me because we didn't ask for my grandpa's number on the new phone that was a them thing and my grandpa who was with us has a bad spine and having him sit and wait so long made me feel so bad.
A guy comes and helps us, not the original guy who helped us our first visit that day. And he gets the manager lady to help as well. Now I will say ALL WORKERS WERE VERY NICE TO US. The original guy made mistakes but he was still very nice and im not mad at them, just the situation really.
So they fix my grandpa's phone and then I learn the new line isn't my Nan's phone number it is just very similar. So the original sales guy didn't tell us I was getting a new phone number.
Listen. I Do not care about getting a new phone number. It can be annoying but I really didn't care, what i cared about is that I wasn't told I was getting one.
So the solution was to have my old number and new on the new phone so I could switch everything over to the new number. The manager lady was VERY nice and helpful and she was dealing with other issues with other workers aswell and managed the situation great.
After all this, I switched everything and now I have one phone number. YAY! XD
What i think happened: So the original sales guy, who helped us. I originally thought "maybe he is new"? Or "maybe there was a system error" because it makes no sense how my grandpa's phone got so messed up. We did cancel the idea of auto pay last minute, maybe that messed up things he selected previously (?)
I am glad the location has very nice workers. My mother yelled at one of the guys and I met him after that call and he was SUPER nice. I'm glad they weren't petty or anything. Poor guy didn't deserve to get yelled at, he did nothing wrong. And even the first guy who didn't tell us about the new number, im thinking maybe there was a system error honestly. So I personally had a bad experience but it could have been a system thing. Especially since the workers and customer service couldn't really figure out what happened.
There was a money side of everything aswell but it's more complicated. I thought the phone was free because I accepted the new number but maybe I worded my question wrong? My mother was so angry because we had 6 lines due to my phone have my old and new number for a period of time so it looked more expensive than it was (?)
It was a lot of confusion. I seriously doubt this is a common occurrence, I think I was just unlucky with my experience.
It was busy the second time we came in so the manager being able to juggle some things was very nice.
So probably a system issue on some of the things, the only things that really bothered me was originally not being told I'd get a new number and making us wait when we came back (mainly it bothered me because I was worried about my grandpa's back the whole time)
I am giving a mostly good review based on the workers and how I think some things were system issues
