  As always, they are useless. They literally handed me a piece of paper and I transfered the a new phone to my plan. They did nothing! Only tried to upsale us and even then gave the wrong info. I have been a customer for 30 plus year but wish I had the guts to transfer my 5 lines and home services.

  I went in with the intention of getting the new iPhone 17 Pro. I told the Verizon representative I did not want a new line before we started. I just wanted to keep my 1 existing line. Rep walked into the back of the store and I waited about 30 minutes for the rep to come back out. The rep said we could open a new line to get a discount on 2 lines while my current phone could be traded in for $300 and I would have to pay $900 for the iPhone 17 Pro. I told the rep that the deal online was a free iPhone 17 Pro on any trade-in. Rep said it was for new lines only. I walked out of there and went online and was able to get the iPhone 17 Pro for free with my trade-in and didn't need to open a new line. Rep was either unaware of the actual deal, or wanted that $900 for commission.

  These five stars go to Angel from Meta. She was very helpful with my Meta Display glasses purchase and was very knowledgeable with information even the manager didn’t knew. I recommend you visit Angel. As for the rest of the store, they are not helpful at all, and the manager will give you attitude when she gets flustered when you ask simple questions. Angel, you rock!

  Shawna or whatever her name is was genuinely the rudest employee I have encountered in my life. Gave me incorrect prices for phones, plans, and trade in values that did not match what my Verizon account was offering me. I wanted to buy a new phone… “We don’t do that here!” Are you kidding? You don’t sell phones? I didn’t want to change my plan… “No I guarantee this plan is better than yours.” Huffing and puffing at everything I said I’d like to do. She did not smile or even say hello after she started yelling out my name across the entire store because she didn’t look at the customer description I inputted in the waitlist. She said she’d give me a quote and then after 15 minutes of her clicking around she said her Verizon tablet wasn’t working... Ended up telling me to go to the Apple store and that they don’t sell iphones in store. Yea okay.
