I have tried to find his name but I cannot call the store. He provided 3 options without ever recommending the new phone being the best. With all the choices the new phone was the best option but he let me decide. I felt empowered on my decision making with such a kind approach! He and then Caden found the best deal for me and Caden then did all the leg work to make it a seamless change. I have been a Verizon customer for 27 years and have had some past difficulties and have been thinking about switching but these 2 young men restored some faith back into Verizon for me. I work at the University and will definitely share my story and recommend the location.
