We were greeted quickly, Cory helped us find the right tech person, Agent Kevin aka Big Red, and he immediately got to work restoring an iPad. Every step he directed us to was explained, and within no time, we were working again. He was excellent with solving our issue, his service skills were the best, and we left very pleased with his work and personality. Thank you Geek Squad, and especially Kevin, Big Red, for your time and knowledge. Great job!
