    I ordered two phones on Dec14. They were supposed to arrive on the 17th. One did, the one assigned to my phone number, while the other did not. I finally was able to speak with a human and they assured me it would be here by the 30th. I missed my wife’s birthday and Christmas present It never showed up I contacted Best Buy again and once again trying to talk to someone is very difficult. I was then assured it would arrive by Jan 3. I missed my wife’s birthday and Christmas gift at this point and Best Buy did nothing but delay my order again. January second l get an email saying the phone will show up by January 7th now. Terrible customer service. Don’t believe the dates they say something will be delivered. They will withdraw your money on time.

    Very disappointed with the unprofessional service from Best Buy. I purchased a new refrigerator and paid $49.95 extra to haul my old fridge away. New one was delivered 12/6, contractor hired by Best Buy refused to haul my old refrigerator away, he said it was “too heavy”! I called and rescheduled, had to wait A WEEK LATER. Appointment was scheduled for today, 12/13, with their arrival time 3-7pm. I kept tracking their location as time got closer. They were 15 MINUTES AWAY, arrival time showing 5:41 pm , I refreshed my browser a few minutes later all for it to state I had no appointment scheduled. Immediately called customer service, was hung up on twice!!! Called back third time spoke with a manager from Geek Squad, he agreed it was not right, it was unprofessional, and I had every right to be upset. He offered me another appointment but having to wait 5 more days!!! I’m so over the frustration by this point. I canceled and requested a refund. I will find someone else to recycle my old refrigerator and I definitely will not be purchasing anything more from Best Buy. They have lost my business. Also forgot to mention the contractor kept my water line kit that came with refrigerator. Even though I didn’t want it hooked up currently does not mean it was his to take!! I may have wanted to use it in the future, if so I will have to purchase one! SMH!!

    Went in for an issue with my Nintendo switch 1 and I couldn't get the a joy on I bought elsewhere to connect so I returned those and went to best buy for help. Eric (with geek squad?) was completely amazing! He helped me find and connect a pair of joycons to my switch he answered all of my questions he listened to the explanation of what I've done so far to try to get any pairs to connect he was completely patient with me (I'm horrible with electronics) and was very kind during the entire process. A process that I had been working on trying to figure out for almost 3 hours today (between myself and the other company) turned into a 15 minute fix with him. Thank you so much Eric. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

    I have to say, I stayed away from Best Buy for a while because of some things that happened in the past from other states but this Boardman location has won me back over. I just moved to the area and went in for a few things and everyone I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with has been superb. Kyle first helped me out finding a television assisted by Lindsey, they took great care of finding what I needed and at a great deal. Then Randy and the manager Isaac did everything in their power to help me get set up with some accessories on a different day. These guys really went above and beyond and have been just so nice at every step of the way even dealing with returns and exchanges. Just top notch. I will continue to choose them over other purchasing options because of these team members.
