- LCLola Clearwater2 days ago4.0I made an appointment with Geek Squad Geek Squad tried to fix my computer in front of me then he said he had to take it in the back and plug it into the main computer. He brought it back out and said it doesn’t work. You can’t return it because you’ve owned it for six months and you have to take it to an Apple authorized special place to get a new motherboard and I was like what I just spent $3000 on this computer are you kidding me and I’ve only used it three times so anyhow I go home and he totally wiped the software off my computer and now I’m in limbo. I gotta take it back and try to convince them to do it to fix what they broke on my computer. Geek Squad waste of money.

Geek squad unpacked TV and set it on the the cabinet. He told us the Tv couldn’t not be set up due to having old box from Spectrum. We called Spectrum and they are sending a new box, which we have not received. I just spoke with a human being at Best Buy and will forward my complaint to management. Not happy!
