He not only helped my dad out but also educated and fix the issues with his phone. You guys need more employees like him, we will definitely be keeping our service plans thanks to him. Got told he had to call customer service but he'd call me within a few days to let me know he got it fixed. A week went by and never heard from him. Came in a 2nd time and same thing said he'd call them then give me a call or text. Never heard from him and nothing was ever fixed on the account. Had to sit on the phone with customer service for an hour to get it figured out. Unfortunately I don't know the guys name at the store but 1 star for him. I had to take my infant out for him to just brush me off and not fix anything before our bill was due.
