    I received a cold call from the store and was left a voicemail from Alex. Alex stated "there have been some important changes that could affect my Verizon account and I wanted to make you aware as soon as possible." He advised the changes could affect my plan, discounts, and even device eligibility. So of course I call the store. Whoever answered the phone didn't identify themselves. They said they are calling people to see if they can save them money and see if they'd like to upgrade for the holidays. The urgency in the voicemail did not match the sales pitch they tried to hit me with when I called in. I had to pull teeth to even get an apology out of the rep. Whatever kind of sales incentives your store is trying to hit, cold calling people and trying to scare them that their account is having some kind of issue is not cool. Especially for elderly people. I will not be returning to this store and will likely switch from Verizon when my device is paid off.

    Cory was my Verizon tech. There was technical issues transferring my husband’s phone. Cory was patient an professional through the entire event. Our phones were finally activated after about 60 minutes🤷‍♀️
