Dylan was so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and even called Verizon customer service for me on my behalf to try to get extra charges victra Verizon put on my bill. While I’m still working on getting this bill issue 100% resolved, Dylan helped me tremendously and we got some things figured out and resolved. I will only ever go to this location now, the staff (specifically Dylan, but the manager as well) was just great and super empathetic to my problems and really went above and beyond to help me.

I love the fact the I am guaranteed no price change for three years! That is why I came back. All I need is three years!
