    After having a terrible experience at the Victra Verizon at the Greene, I came to this corporate location for help on a high phone bill I received after upgrading 2 phones and a watch. Dylan was so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and even called Verizon customer service for me on my behalf to try to get extra charges victra Verizon put on my bill. While I’m still working on getting this bill issue 100% resolved, Dylan helped me tremendously and we got some things figured out and resolved. I will only ever go to this location now, the staff (specifically Dylan, but the manager as well) was just great and super empathetic to my problems and really went above and beyond to help me.

    I want to tell you I has the most amazing experience with Krystal. She is very knowledgeable and was very patient with us. She presented my options and even went over some minor details with me and my partner. It was a great experience. I have been a Verizon customer before and left for something cheaper HOWEVER, I came back and thus far am very pleased. My home wi-fi has a great signal ...So great change! I love the fact the I am guaranteed no price change for three years! That is why I came back. All I need is three years! So, if you want knowledge, a friendly smile and good options go to the store with an open mind and talk to Krystal!!! Don't box yourself in because you have a notion of what's out there. Thank you, Krystal and crew!
