- HGHaley GaboriJan 3, 20261.0THIS IS NOT A CORPORATE VERIZON STORE, THIS IS A VICTRA VERIZON STORE AND THEY OPERATE DIFFERENTLY. I went into this Verizon store to upgrade two phones, and I was unaware it was not a corporate Verizon store. This has been a total mess since I upgraded my devices on November 24th. I was overcharged $109 in set up and go fees for two phones and a smart watch, which were explained to me as my activation fees (wrong) and now I’m trying resolve an almost $500 December phone bill which I was told by this stores manager would be very very because I had “sooo much credit” from trading in two phones. They were wrong, and now I’ve been trying to get this all corrected and have spent most of my holiday vacation trying to fix all of this. I’d avoid this store at all cost and head up to the corporate Verizon location by the Fairfield commons mall. They have been incredibly helpful in trying to help my lower my bill and resolve this mess that Victra has put me in.
