    THIS IS NOT A CORPORATE VERIZON STORE, THIS IS A VICTRA VERIZON STORE AND THEY OPERATE DIFFERENTLY. I went into this Verizon store to upgrade two phones, and I was unaware it was not a corporate Verizon store. This has been a total mess since I upgraded my devices on November 24th. I was overcharged $109 in set up and go fees for two phones and a smart watch, which were explained to me as my activation fees (wrong) and now I’m trying resolve an almost $500 December phone bill which I was told by this stores manager would be very very because I had “sooo much credit” from trading in two phones. They were wrong, and now I’ve been trying to get this all corrected and have spent most of my holiday vacation trying to fix all of this. I’d avoid this store at all cost and head up to the corporate Verizon location by the Fairfield commons mall. They have been incredibly helpful in trying to help my lower my bill and resolve this mess that Victra has put me in.

    Truly couldn't have been more helpful. I walk up 10 minutes before they opened and they opened up early to help someone who was perfectly willing to wait 10 more minutes. Had a list of things I needed done and Draven sorted me out, saved me money, and got me extra free promotional stuff. I liv e 90+ miles from this store, and as long as I keep coming to Dayton to visit my mom I will go to this store exclusively

    Randall and his manager were outstanding, working through several issues that came up with the Verizon customer service line and putting in the time and attention needed to ensure we got the phones and plan we needed.

    Switching to Verizon business was the worst decision I ever made. Not only is the customer service for it terrible, but this store is the one who convinced me to change to it and when I went back for help I was told they "didn't do the business side". I gave Verizon a year to get me to the monthly amount I was told at this store, and it was a nightmare every month. Never again.

    I cannot recommend this store. We had a pleasant experience years ago when upgrading however this time around, we were promised promotions that were never added to our account. This has led to hours of call centers trying to get everything applied correctly, only to find out the promotion we were offered in store isn't even one we were eligible for. Just to add insult to injury when they switched our plan they canceled our Disney+ bundle even though we stated we wanted to keep our account bundled through Verizon. The Dayton Mall Corporate location was very friendly and has been instrumental in guiding me through the process of actually receiving a promotion similar to what I was supposed to receive, however the actual promotion Verizon is running is significantly less money on a trade in than we were told in this store. I would have still gladly agreed to the deal but knowing I was given inaccurate information on my trade in to move a phone is not a way to make happy customers or build loyalty. Going forward I would recommend avoiding this location and if you are using Verizon ensure that you are working with a corporate store, not an Authorized Retailer like this location. The service has been friendlier, and solution oriented at Corporate, whereas this store felt like a run-around from start to finish.
