The sales person flat out lied saying a phone was being discounted from 30 a month to 10 a month through an early pay off upgrade. Then after transferring my number to the new phone, he added an 877 number to my old phone charging my family another 100 dollars before catching it and having to deal with customer service. AVOID THIS FRAUDULANT VERIZON STORE AT ALL COSTS.
