After casting our dogs leg and hoping it would heal for two months, we finally took it elsewhere and found out that VCA Beavercreek animal Hospital put on an improper cast that was well below the break. As well as under sedating the dog. The break has not and would not have the opportunity to heal even somewhat properly through them. Now seeking help elsewhere, the dog will have a leg possibly 2 inch shorter than the rest. But ant least able to walk. These people did not give our dog the proper cast and medical treatment. Do not take animals here

I contacted the VCA clinic in Beavercreek Ohio to schedule my dogs " First Visit Free" because of receiving a brochure in the mail. Because I am handicapped and on disability soI do not have a lot of funds available And I thought the first visit free sounded wonderful. I was making the appointment for my 20 year old chihuahua , who is death & blind and suddenly grew in enormous tumor on her chest. She Is the most loving dog on the planet and I would do anything for her. This tumor grows so huge & fast I was in shock. I called VCA clinic in beaver creek and They've refused to allow me to have her first appointment free. They told me that the free appointment was only for healthy dogs And if she needed any treatment or if she was sick in any way , I would have to pay the full amount For the appointment. I started to cry.I was so hurt. These money Hungry people are not compassionate at all, and compassion is what they advertise. What a lie. I guess they only have compassion for healthy puppies. But end stage senior dogs are just SOL. I would truly enjoy hiring an attorney friend of mine and suing them for false advertisement. 1st- The first appointment is not free & 2nd- They Have zero compassion for a dying dog. I hope everyone in montgomery county and green county area read this review. Let's all say no to greedy ,money hungry, Lazy and non -compassionate veterinarians in our town That are happy & willing to pay thousands of dollars in advertising cost , but won't see my dying dog without giving them hundreds of dollars up front.

We cannot thank VCA Animal Clinic enough for everything they have done for our dog, Huey. He’s only 10 months old, and about a month and a half ago he was in a terrible accident involving other dogs, leaving his leg broken in two places. From the very moment this happened, VCA was there for us. They stayed in constant contact, helped us locate an emergency vet, and made sure we got care as quickly as possible. When we finally made it into their clinic, we learned there was no way to save Huey’s leg. We were terrified and overwhelmed about making such a life-changing decision for our baby. But Dr. Mendoza and his staff were incredible so comforting, so patient, and so knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly, answered every question, and supported us through one of the hardest choices we’ve ever had to make. Today, Huey is thriving as a tripod. He’s about 5 weeks post-op now and doing amazing full of energy, full of life, and getting ready to enjoy his very first snow day. None of this would have been possible without the compassion, communication, and expert care we received at VCA. We are forever grateful to Dr. Mendoza and the entire VCA team. They treated Huey like family and helped him get a second chance at a happy, healthy life. Highly, highly recommend this clinic to anyone who wants a veterinary team that truly goes above and beyond.

Good experience overall, but was kept waiting way too long. Very expensive just to get my cat checked.

I recently switched to VCA Beavercreek Animal Hospital and could not be more pleased with the care my cat, Meeka, has received. Both Dr. Burger and Dr. Mendoza have treated her as if she were their own, showing incredible compassion while being transparent and thorough in every step of her treatment. The entire staff is welcoming, friendly, and accommodating, which makes every visit a positive experience. I’d especially like to highlight Desiray - she’s been fantastic, with a great sense of humor that makes the visits even more enjoyable. I truly cannot recommend this clinic enough!
