One of the staff members at this store is kinda rude. Even though the store hasn’t closed, he’s kicking people out and saying, “Technically, we’re closed.” And just left with his bag

I went the store to buy a phone and had to wait for 15 minute for someone come to sell me the phone. The store ha only very few customers. I have brought multiple phones from this store over the past 10 years and always felt welcomed. But this time, I felt that the store must thought it’s me who wanted their business. will shop other stores in the future.

I had a horrible experience at the store with the “manager” Kyle. He was not only rude he was unprofessional and unknowledgeable leaving me without my issue resolved. Kyle made my trip to apple a complete waste of time, I will be going to kenwood next time instead for sure.

Went in here prepared to drop thousands on a phone for our disabled daughter. To lift her spirits and make sure she can always get in contact with us. The store was luckily not even that busy. We were immediately greeted by Natalie, who hated us on sight. But she just kinda seems like a person who hates everyone who comes in to that store. She gave *no* coherent directions aside from asking her iPad what we even *doing* there, and to bark at us to go stand at a random table until someone deemed us worthy of giving them thousands of dollars. I guess I shouldn't feel singled out; she treated everyone who walked in to that place like they had entered her own secret sorority house and she couldn't believe the nerve of us...daring to come there and make her "work" (aka stare out the window when not staring at her tablet and barking for people to stand at random tables while looking increasingly agitated and annoyed.) We stood there for quite a while, not sure what was going on or what/who we were waiting for since this was in fact our first opportunity to set foot in an apple store (and also our last, fortunately). My partner approached Natalie *just* to ask if we were standing and waiting correctly and she cut him off to basically tell him to go stand at that table, be quiet, and like it. My partner is *enduringly* sweet natured and kind, so the thought of someone treating him like that is disgusting. About ten more minutes go by, and my daughter is feeling dizzy and needed to sit. My partner is a cancer survivor and also cannot stand for long periods. This time, I was the lucky one who got to go tell Natalie we had to move back to the long table with benches, as my family needed to sit. This TICKED her off. She didn't even look at me, and instead just began angrily speed walking past me, muttering how she HAS to bring benches to OUR table because THEY DONT DO SALES IN THE BACK. She came back and clattered two of the little stools down and I asked her if there was some sort of problem? She said nothing, and ran back to her spot where she stares, points, barks, and sighs witheringly to her heart's content. I'd never set foot back in here. We left, got in the car, jumped on backmarket, and got what we needed for under nine hundred anyway. Natalie is basically what everyone hates about Apple and the reputation of the people who are super fans of it. She is snotty, condescending, selfish, and judgemental. She is an absolutely horrific choice to have as the first human you "interact" with when coming in the store, as she immediately sets the vibe as tense and confrontational, which doesn't exactly create an atmosphere where I feel like spending lots of money. Natalie, please get over yourself. I apologize for my disabled family members giving you an ick. Maybe get some exposure to people who don't hang out and frequent apple stores and you can form a better personality. Maybe form one at all.
