- ALAlysia LeosApr 20, 20231.0i bought a washer and dryer through best buy and my washer ended up going from a power surge in the electric. nonetheless, it’s covered under the warranty i bought for it. we had a guy come out who said the part needed ordered and we’d be on priority to get it installed when it came in. well 2 weeks later we’re still getting pushback for someone to come out to install it. i have four children, who happen to be all boys so we do A LOT of laundry around here. i’ve spent almost $110 now at the laundromat because i still don’t have a working washing machine. these people are a huge JOKE.
