I've been going to Best Buy for years and I had some issues with my TV soundbar purchase. Colin fixed it right away & promptly. I have dealt with him on my last two visits and he has been the best associate I have ever dealt with!! He is very friendly, intelligent and helpful! He knows his tech!

So i forgot the pin to my grand daughters ipad she got for xmas they happily had me come in and drop it off i got a call an hour later that it was good to go and i could pick it up i was so thankful I hadn’t bought it from amazon or Walmart or it would have been much more difficult to have it reset

Where to I begin! We purchase a $2000 fridge about 4 months ago and we have the total tech program. After a month we noticed the door slamming and in the past we were able to call total tach geek squad and they would schedule a time for someone to come out. Not in this case. First I sat on hold forever with their 800 number so I tried a chat and I was told the following to my suprise: Thanks for confirming Daniel, I was able to take a look at your previous cases and I see that you are looking to get your fridge repaired, as the door keeps slamming and needs a part.
In this case the store would not be able to set up a repair appointment for you either. The first year for any repair goes through the manufacturer. I can still ask the store to give you a call, but I wanted to let you know that as well.
So what is Total Tech good for? Now i need to find the manufactures number and schedule something with them. So from what I can see, each year Total Tech gives you less and less. Not a good look at all Best Buy. I think I will cancel the dryer we just bought last week AND the Total tech. If losing a life-long customer was your goal, you succeeded!
