My brother went in here to do a DoorDash order just for a Roku remote. The moment he walked in the store the person in the front was asking him all kinds of questions. After letting two other people walk by. After continuing to question him , as my brother was walking away the guy started to follow my brother and put over his walkie that “there’s so guy going to the back to get a Roku remote “ the guy being my brother. After that the guys followed him all the way to the register to then have another employee check him out and made him scan receipt right infringe of him along with the item and he didn’t let my brother place receipts in bag he made sure he did it. He has been in there plenty of times this is the first time this has happened. He was not going to steal he simply was just doing his job. Never again.

I admit I don't go here much anymore. But, I wanted a new mesh wifi system, and my distaste ordering on Amazon long ago pointed me to local retailers.
My selection was in stock, I paid, received a text in 20 minutes that it was ready. I was in and out in 5 minutes. The associate was cheerful and made it all that much better. Well done.

Had some issues with a Roomba and unfortunately had to speak with a manager. They where extremely helpful and resolved my issue right away. 10/10 customer service/support at the store. Always get the warranty.

My husband broke his phone so we went to Best Buy on 01/24/26 where a wonderful young man who goes by Bash (electronics and Verizon), spent 3 hours taking care of our phone needs. Not only was he exceptionally helpful, he was kind, he was playful with our children and even gifted them rubber ducks to keep them busy during the phone transitional period, he was great at communicating, and he had a very outgoing personality that made him very approachable and easy to work with. He treated us like we were lifelong friends. Though he was young and newer to the phone department, he made sure he did everything efficiently and expressed appreciation for our patience through the long process. I hope this review gets observed properly and he gets honorable recognition (and a much needed raise as people like him don’t come by easy). He was truly so refreshing and kind, and he made the 3 hours with 2 young kids worth our while. Thank you Bash. We hope to do business again with you soon when we upgrade my phone ❤️ please take care of him, he’s an exceptional worker!

To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to share my recent experience at your Avon, Ohio location while attempting to purchase a couple of space heaters. Upon entering the store, I was not greeted by any associates; instead, several appeared occupied with their phones.When I approached one associate to ask whether the displayed space heaters were the only ones available, she responded, “That’s all I have; they didn’t send us a lot.” I mentioned that your website showed additional models in stock, at which point she asked to see my phone for confirmation. After reviewing it, she said, “Oh, those are up there.” This was confusing, as she had just indicated that the floor models were all that was available.She then contacted the warehouse and I waited approximately 15–20 minutes for a response. I ended up leaving. While I ultimately appreciated her effort to verify the stock, the overall service experience did not meet the level of professionalism I typically expect.I wanted to bring this matter to your attention in hopes that service consistency and attentiveness can be improved.Sincerely,
