    This store sold me a laptop and the keyboard doesnt work at 90 days in. The laptop is under warranty according to the manufacturer, who sent us to this exact store. The GeekSquad tech told us that, without looking at it, the issue is from the Webroot software that this exact store pushed on me. The tech refused to check in the laptop unless I chose to purchase an annual service plan for nearly $200.00. The entire experience has me wondering why Best Buy continues to exist as it is simply a collection of con artists and thievery.

    Holy cow talk about over staffed couldnt walk 2 ft without someone asking if you need help. I even seen one coming and decided to slip past him as he was talking to another employee blocking the middle of the isle. Decided to go check out the games, was that a mistake there was probably 4 employees in that tiny corner and then I had a manager following me. Im 40 years old im not there to steal and the older you get a store like this you only stop at when you know what you're looking for. Not everyone needs help
