  Geek squad is unprofessional. They will trick you into getting a Best Buy membership. Mike who is their “district manager” failed to get us taken care of after we were blatantly lied to by team member Gavin. Will escalate our specific situation to Best Buy corporate.

  I was in the store between in the afternoon I walked in and walked around the whole store and not one person said anything to me not even hi hello can I help you I was in their for like 20 mins but the staff seemed to be enjoying their conversation with each other witch is fine but customers come first because what we buy pays you check talking and standing around is the leading cause store closing and lay offs.

  My husband and I visited on 2/21/26 in the evening, I tried scanning the barcode on receipt to leave review but it did not work 😔 I just had to leave a review somewhere though based on the EXCEPTIONAL service we received from the two gentlemen who helped us. We were in the market for a gaming laptop, but ended up leaving with 2 laptops, a lap tray, a mouse, and a Best Buy Total membership! The young man who checked us out (I believe his name started with a C) was very knowledgeable and gave us all the details on what that membership includes (EVERYONE should get on board with it, had no idea there were so many perks!) he helped us find the right accessories and made sure the computers were exactly what we were looking for. Earlier in the visit and associate named AJ was also helpful in directing us and answering our first few questions. Would visit again for our tech needs!

  My brother went in here to do a DoorDash order just for a Roku remote. The moment he walked in the store the person in the front was asking him all kinds of questions. After letting two other people walk by. After continuing to question him , as my brother was walking away the guy started to follow my brother and put over his walkie that “there’s so guy going to the back to get a Roku remote “ the guy being my brother. After that the guys followed him all the way to the register to then have another employee check him out and made him scan receipt right infringe of him along with the item and he didn’t let my brother place receipts in bag he made sure he did it. He has been in there plenty of times this is the first time this has happened. He was not going to steal he simply was just doing his job. Never again.
