The experience can best be described as doing colonoscopy prep for three straight days while surviving the worst norovirus of your life… fueled only by sugar-free Haribo gummy bears. Brutal. I walked into the Verizon store in Ashland, Ohio fully prepared for more suffering. Instead, I was immediately proven wrong. Working with Jacob was the complete opposite of my online experience....like sinking into the world’s best relaxation massage while gentle wisps of lavender floated through the air. He was calm, knowledgeable, compassionate, and handled everything effortlessly while I got to actually relax (a miracle, honestly). And then there was the icing on the cake: a wonderful blonde associate whose name I sadly can’t remember, but whose impact I absolutely will. She was like someone magically appearing with warm, gooey chocolate chip cookies at the exact moment you need them most. Every time Jacob hit even the smallest roadblock, she swooped in seamlessly to help, keeping everything moving smoothly and efficiently. Together, they went above and beyond — walking me through setting up my account, making sure I understood all the extra perks, and ultimately saving me a boatload of money. No rushing, no pressure, just genuinely excellent service. If Verizon corporate wants to know how a store should operate, this is it. 10,000/10 — would recommend without hesitation. 👏📱✨
