    This is personally my favorite Verizon store to visit. I've always had an excellent experience with the store representatives. They are polite, informative, and willing to help. I've been here countless times with good experiences, especially tonight when I made a visit about an hour before closing. I had to get a replacement device, which arrived yesterday. Everything was working great, but I ran into some trouble with my SIM not working properly, and so I visited to get help from the Verizon team. Both gentlemen were incredibly polite, and willing to assist. I was out the door shortly after, all setup and good to go! Couldn't have been happier with the service. I will definitely continue to shop at this location.

    Went in last weekend as my husband had lost his phone, I got an upgrade he got a brand new phone (iPhone 16) and we were told if he finds his old phone to come back within a month and get the credit for it. We found his phone and went back this weekend to turn it in and we’re flat out refused. The girl working said we’re closing in 20 mins we can’t do phone transfers, mind you we went in the same time to buy phones the weekend before and it was fine cause we were spending money. Very unprofessional had a horrible attitude like she was doing us a favor. I will never go back to this Verizon store. We called customer service where we were helped and a very kind gentleman took the time to help my husband transfer his data over which only took a few minutes and is sending us a label so we can just mail the old phone back. Way to go Verizon employee for losing loyal customer. Judging from other reviews I don’t seem to be the only one who thinks service at this location is horrible. Maybe if the employees were less interested in hanging out with their friends at the store helping paying customers wouldn’t feel like such a big inconvenience to them.

    I visited store to make a line change to my business account and upgrade but that didn’t happen. Person checked me in then said I needed to start process of line change on via my phone while waiting for someone to help me. The process was not working as it was supposed to and they kept bypassing me in the line instead of trying to help me out with my issue. I went back to the person I talked to first and they basically dismissed me and told me to do whatever I needed to do on the phone to talk to somebody on the phone. After 45min of struggling with it and no success I left the store without a resolution at all nor an upgrade. I’m a $400+ a month business customer and this type of service makes me second guess why I continue to do business with them.
