    Extremely poor Customer Service - tried to order ipad with phone upgrade - Customer Service rep kept ordering g incorrect model - 3 times finally gave up. Made several errors setting up my new phone. Sold me a cell phone cover, screen cover and power cord - charged $150 - verizon direct selling for $100 - Charged me for a new phone - called Verizon direct informed this was not correct - helped me get a free phone - overcharged on months bill - verizon direct helped correct - lower my bill. I have shared my experience with many - they informed me they receive many complaints about Victra overcharging Customers. Do not recommend.

    They made upgrading our phones such a pleasant experience. Demonte went out of his way to get us the phones we wanted and the best deal on phones, cases and chargers. Very courteous and genuinely nice employees. They transferred our phones quickly and professionally. It was the best experience I’ve ever had at a Verizon store. I will be using this store again.
