Sold me a cell phone cover, screen cover and power cord - charged $150 - verizon direct selling for $100 - Charged me for a new phone - called Verizon direct informed this was not correct - helped me get a free phone - overcharged on months bill - verizon direct helped correct - lower my bill. I have shared my experience with many - they informed me they receive many complaints about Victra overcharging Customers. Do not recommend.
