I have stopped at the store a few times and have been told, someone will get back to me. No one ever does. I have called several times and am given a day to expect a call back. Again, no return call. Verizon will not credit me without a phone turned in. That’s not what my paperwork or the employee told me. Here I am 7 months later still trying to get this squared away with the store. No one calls me back. In person I am not told anything directly, it’s always pushed on the manager or district manager who never cares to communicate with me.
