They use bait and switch tactics to promise you low rates and then once the bill comes, you realize you’ve been fooled into paying higher rates and extraordinary sign up fees. If you do a Google search on them, you will see there are numerous complaints about them. If you must have Verizon service, make sure to go to a corporate store or call Verizon directly. These guys will do anything to bleed every penny out of your wallet possible.
