I truly appreciate the care and effort she put into helping me, and I would absolutely recommend asking for Suji if you visit this store.

Something that irked me is that the Total Wireless policy of locking eSIM for 60 days on direct purchase was not communicated to me, after repeatedly expressing my need to purchase and use the eSIM feature for an upcoming out of country trip. It wasn't until I attempted to setup the feature myself that I discovered this problem. I encourage more familiarity, communication, and transparency with the policies your franchises are obligated to.
