  I normally go to the cricket in Cuyahoga Falls but I was out in Ellet. To my surprise I see a familiar face. Tom whom always helps me was working and helped me with some issues I was having. He is very knowledgeable and super friendly. I would recommend his expertise to anyone.

  The girl who works there, Tiffany i think her name is, was very unhelpful. I came to the Store on a few different occasions and the door was locked. Every time i call store, I get no answer or call back. The one time i did call her i had a question about a bridge payment and was given the wrong information, leading to my service beinys it spended. I've been coming this store ever since I've been a cricket customer and never had anything but good experiences with other employees that have worked there. I usually don't take the time to write reviews like this but i felt my negative experience with this one employee would result in this company hiring less rude an more knowledge employees in the future. Until then i will frequent other Cricket stores in the area.

  In the month of August I had a horrendous experience at the Barberton location. Frankly, I have been there numerous times and the young ladies there are no beent pleasant! I just had the best service from Tiffany!! She helped me in every way possible and I appreciate that very much. I didn't want this to go unnoticed! Especially when doing this kind of work for employment!! It is tough doing this kind of job and she should be compensated for her awesome service! Renee'
