I’d like to thank Molly R. for her help today. I came in with an issue regarding my Bambu Lab P1S, and while it couldn’t be sent in for repair (which I wasn’t too keen on anyway), she offered to ship out a replacement instead. That was a great solution, and I really appreciate it getting a new unit in about four days is much better than waiting a month for a repair. Excellent service overall.

dear audience : allow me to share my experience at this particular location ,it all started November 7, 2025 I thought I was taking advantage of a holiday sale🌟 an Omni book 7X flip ultra 😊🍾✋wait hold up unknown to me ,about Best Buy policy with some units (laptops) that wasn't pacifically told to the me as the customer purchasing at the time in the moment , that they typically no longer sell the (MPP digital pen 🖊️) that's supposed to come with the type of purchase I purchased 💻so unaware that the pen 🖊️ was Not going to be in there 😒keep in mind yall it's "holiday season " meaning holiday gift 🎁 is a noooo directly immediately opened purchases $ that's understandable correct? let me Carry on....😣 so now the holiday has come an gone let's say about 45 or less from the date that I purchased feel free to do the math. however I remember I only had until January 14 as return policy So we unwrap the best buy gift 🎁 did a unboxing video 🎥 mine yall I'm most excited about the (stylus pen 🖊️) and keep in mind as I mentioned before was >unaware < it was not gonna come with the omni book 7X flip ultra laptop 💻 I purchased ! now Because of Best Buy's policy on some units , As the "manager Josh "would Inform me , on January 5, 2025 , when i called geek squad they even referred on what to do phone 🤳🏽records can back that 🆙 anyway..sidenote 😊thanks for giving me a compliments geek squad🥸 on referring the unboxing video for me to use if needed evidenced what I thought was missing. okay so back to my experience so as I travel back to the Location facility where I had purchased my brand new HP Omni book 7X flip ultra , i had got updated by the manager on how "Best Buy policy " typically with or on some unit typically one that does come with a "stylus" they just does not supply any longer 😒 so you know what comes next if not let me continue to elaborate, I either can have my Money back or the option to accept one of his preferred accommodating options to pick from at equal or more /less price laptop 💻 now here goes where it got worst unknowingly let me add , to get the same "holiday deal " which was understandable understood completely comprehended ! So the option was to indulge myself into a brand that I necessarily was not technically excited about .however it came with ,what I was told , 🗣️better storage and in my mind it was also weigh lighter , and what took the cake was that it was more storage like as in 1 tier can you guess what was offered at a same price of a holiday sale price hope you guessed a Lenovo same price without a stylist and I knew it was optional to purchase without go ahead i bagged it once again did walk out with what I was promised.
i get home I look at the specs and it's only 512 gig not the one tier , I had to wait till the next day opening , which is today January 6, 2025 to return the merchandise intact unopen to explain to another manager the whole ordeal 😤thankfully 🤔he knew of the situation cause he was on the floor at the end of his shift , with a side of relief I thought I was gonna receive the accommodated I feel I should have been granted to erase this experience sour /salty taste from them my first experience into end this nightmare 🫣I am sad to say I left out with what I came in Best Buy with in the beginning of this journey which is cash on my credit card 💳😥😓
simply because I could not receive what I had in the first place back because it was no longer up under a holiday sale .

My son helped me research which laptop would be the best for my specific needs and be reliable. We decided on the Lenovo Yoga 7 14" and were happy to find it on sale at Best Buy.
As expected, I was asked if I wanted the extended warranty which amounted to slightly more than 1/4 of the price of the laptop. I said "no".
I was told that the device came with a 90 day warranty, but that wasn't enough because these laptops are known to break. I said "no, thank you". I also mentioned that it was only for work and that it would only sit on my desk and not be carried around.
I was told that these laptops are so bad that they are known to break while just sitting on a desk. That the screen may shatter all on its own. A woman just brought one back with a broken screen after only one week. Thank goodness it happened within one week so that it was covered by the 90 day warranty, right?
I finally managed to escape with my new laptop, but have been unable to get past the feelings of irritation that they are selling a laptop that is so unrealiable that it is likely to break while sitting all alone and untouched. Hopefully, I got the one good one, but I'll update this review if needed.

I just left bestbuy in Fairlawn and had a horrible experience. I went to update my Apple desktop as was told during Christmas shopping that they would accept a trade in of my existing apple desktop.I went to customer service and was told by the sale agent that they couldn't do it now because its the day after Christmas & they have all kind of returns i was 2nd person there no other customer in line at around 6p 12/26 I said no one was there now, she told me ro wait 10 minutes...so they rather swnd me a away to help potential customers for returns. My husband ask when could we come back she said Monday...I was upset at the fact rhat they would help service me at this time so ask for a manager an got manager Alex Fanning he proceeds to tell me they don't do trade in at all during this time od the year. And didn't address the poor customer service because he had poor customer service as well.

Purchased a record from this store and it was defective, went to return it and was told because it was open and the picture didn't match they were not going to return it. Ordered another record to pick up and wanted to open it in the store before driving 36 minutes home to make sure it wasn't defective and they refused to and said if we open it they will not return it. Anita and Caitlin were not helpful at all. My husband and I will no longer be shopping or ordering from this store.
If I could give negative stars I would!!
