I had a horrible experience at this store. I usually do not have any problems with the afternoon/evening staff. Everyone is friendly. When I went today my first sales person was very curt and acted like everything I said was the first time she was hearing anyone say I just want to get what I came for. I was checking on my kid who was sitting in the back and she was like do you need to stop and go do something else… and I was like no I’m just gonna kind of be weird and stepped back away from the table and look at my child every once in a while. I told her that I already did my research and talked to employees previously over the last week in the store and I know I just want the iPhone 16. I said I can’t process extra information and options and buy things on the spot. I just need to get what I already researched. Everything I said was upsetting her so I asked if it would be better if I worked with another representative. This also offended her… And she was like that’s fine. You can wait then. She kept saying if you don’t have time for this then maybe you should come back it’s going to take a while, etc. etc..
I said multiple times that it’s not about being in a hurry. It’s just that I can’t make decisions about different products other than the ones that I researched on the spot. I told her that I’m on the spectrum and I just need to do what I came for.
She got offended again and said OK. I’m just gonna go get you someone else. She went up to another representative, Whom later found out was the manager.
The manager literally stormed over to me as aggressive as could possibly be… And said OK look this is going to take time and that’s actually one of our best representatives so it’s their job to ask you questions and if you’re in a hurry, maybe you just need to leave… I literally had to de-escalate her and explain again I’m not in a hurry. I just explained to the person that we weren’t meshing well and I just need to get what I came there for. The manager was like OK fine and gave me to another representative… Who by the way is the redeeming representative ever to work in a store. The guy is always friendly and always asks what you need and just very helpful overall and doesn’t pressure you to purchase anything.
The first representative I understand it was a misunderstanding, but the manager whose name is MJ had no customer service skills was very rude, and did not even ask me to explain anything or what they could do to help. They just got offended on behalf of their representative and came over to escalate the situation and attempt to make me leave. I understand it’s a busy store and likely very stressful to work there, but I didn’t do anything rude or aggressive. I didn’t say anything inappropriate and this manager was ready to kick me out without even asking a question or attempting to speak to me first.
The first employee was super rude and unwilling to try to be accommodating in any fashion… But that manager honestly should not be in that position. As a manager in customer service myself, I almost never have escalations because when a customer is in distress, I do what is needed to help accommodate them and get them taken care of. The representative that helped me ultimately I believe his name was Jalen.
He is amazing. If you have anything requiring a manager and you get MJ you should just come back another day and wait until there is a manager there with some level of professionalism. I have been a customer at this store for years, but I will never go back in there.

We had an exceptional experience at the Apple Store thanks to Nile. From the moment he greeted us, he was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely attentive. He took the time to listen carefully, explained everything clearly and honestly, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured.
Nile’s professionalism and integrity truly stood out. It’s rare to encounter someone who combines deep product knowledge with such sincere care for the customer experience. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident and supported in our decisions.

Very bad experience, with apple last Sunday… we asked a question about the difference in sizes between 2 iPhones the guy said he doesn’t know and he left us immediately then he went to talk to another costumer that just entered the store… before hiring people to work with costumer teaches them that “ it costs five to 25 times more to acquire a new customer than to retain an existing one “ Harvard business review “
