- DHDanny HermannMar 31, 20261.0Was lied to by Geek Squad and their website about coverage for a device recently purchased. Very deceitful business practices. Do not purchase into their rewards program for coverage. When you pay up front for a year they automatically cancel your coverage even if you pay for the entire year up front and your year of rewards is still active. A predatory scam to encourage leaving auto renewal active and to take your money. Left in the very fine print of the rewards program disclaimers. (Even though I was told otherwise by the employee that coverage would stay active for duration of the year in the event of turning off or canceling auto renewal) Never doing business with this sham of a business again.

So I purchased three different ones and will figure out which one works best then return the other two. I needed multiple and will order the others from another electonic store. Frustrated!
