I was in to buy a new phone and had the pleasure of working with Dylan. He was very helpful, walked us through the whole process, and provided great service! Seriously this guy needs a raise

My score is more a reflection on Apple itself, NOT the store workers... HOWEVER... I have never seen the same worker twice. What does that tell you? Today I had to put up with this snippy dark haired woman who lectured me like a 5-year old.. instead of diffusing me she just boiled my blood even more... the tech himself, like always was sweet and kind and empathetic. The wait time to find out I have 11 more days to wait is just insane. Apple forces you to pick a topic on their website and then puts you in an endless loop of self-help useless topics instead of offering a live chat that could save a lot of grief. Apple also needs to improve their parenting controls. I'm simply trying to recover and reset an iPad that I BOUGHT AND OWN for my child who is under my family account. For whatever reason Apple allowed him to take over the iPad and lock us both out. He was 12 and able to bypass parenting restrictions. This is insane. I've been trying to reset this device for over 2 months now. Again, not the store employees fault... but today this woman was rude enough to elicit this bad review. To the sweet veteran who helped show me I had 11 more days to wait, this does NOT reflect on him! Or the other group of guys who tried to help me last time. The wait time is insane. And I've heard different explanations... Apple needs to fix their parental controls similar to Amazon's Fire tablets, always allow the parent to be the "owner" of the device, not the CHILD, allow parents to override any child's settings, and either fix your system or caution your customers to not buy iPads unless you use an active iPhone... apparently a MacBook doesn't work the same for resetting. And to the snippy brown haired woman... watch yourself. You just made a lasting negative impression of your company. Thanks!

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Apple. I brought in my MacBook because it wouldn’t charge. The screen had previously been replaced with an aftermarket display, but it works perfectly aside from a minor backlight issue.
Apple told me they would not even attempt to fix the battery problem unless I first paid to replace the screen with an official Apple one—even though the screen itself works fine. That makes no sense to me when the issue I came in for is the battery.
Over the years, my family and I have spent tens of thousands of dollars on Apple products. I haven’t owned a Windows PC since 2010, and I’ve never used Android devices. Between MacBooks and iPhones alone, I’ve probably spent over $30,000 supporting Apple.
After this experience, I’m seriously reconsidering that loyalty. If this is how Apple treats long-time customers, I’ll be switching back to Windows PCs and Android phones going forward.
