  Not helpful whatsoever... I came in looking for a display port cable and I didn't have my phone with me to search it up. I checked all over the computer/Microsoft section and couldn't find it. That part isn't what annoyed me, it's when I went to the entertainment department to ask them where it was (the Microsoft reps we're busy at checkout so I wanted see if anyone else knew). The entertainment reps were chatting and I politely asked them where the DPI cables were. They responded with "it's somewhere in the Microsoft area" and then went back to chatting. You guys definitely weren't busy and could've showed me where they were or at the very least pull up the location on the computer they were right in front of if they didn't know 🫠. I checked the Microsoft section one more time and couldn't find it still so I left. I didn't bother asking anyone else because I didn't want to waste any more of my time.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great experience at Best Buy Yonkers! I recently bought a Samsung ring for my son, but unfortunately ordered the wrong size online. We ended up driving all over the area trying to find a store that had the ring in stock — and Best Buy in Yonkers was the only one that actually had multiple sizes available! They not only had a full selection of sizes and colors, but we were also able to try different sizes on in the store to see what fit best before buying. The staff were helpful, the inventory was great, and it saved us so much time and stress. If you’re trying to pick the right size Samsung ring, this store is definitely worth a visit! Highly recommend! 🙌

  If you love spending 20% more, this is the store to patronize! But what if I accidentally find a good deal? Don't worry, the fine administrative staff at Best Buy will ensure that despite you having bought and paid for whatever it was, they'll simply refuse to ever give you the item - can't have consumers having too good a time, that would be disastrous for corporate profits! Make sure you pay the extra to shop at a store that takes longer to deliver than Amazon or Walmart, on a product that probably isn't even the right one because their staff doesn't know anything. If you want anything computer related, you'll get way better pricing and more knowledgeable staff at Microcenter, and for other electronics, Amazon and Walmart have the same goods and honor their prices.
