He was very patient, very thoughtful, there was no pressure whatsoever, felt very comfortable with him. Having the geek squad on hand was also a great additional bonus. Highly recommended.

Back door is always locked—despite sign saying it is open Thursday to Monday 11.30 onwards. Apple techs are leven less knowledgeable than the other staff. The price matching policy is a fallacy. Cost includes delivery, set up and appliance removal in their price. Best Buy don’t match this. Don’t waste your time coming here—the staff at McDonalds know more about their product than these guys do

They truly don’t put any good effort into helping you and speak to you with an attitude as if you’re bothering them. Isn’t it their job to help customers and at least be friendly? They couldn’t help me in Yonkers and after going to Best Buy in mount Vernon they helped me right away. Stay away from Best Buy Yonkers.
