  Worst, worst, worst!!!! 10:30 am not 1 salesperson to unlock the cabinet so I can buy a mouse!! Store full of stuff to buy but no way to buy it!! Amazon is now the fastest option!! Best Buy- worst, worst, worst!!

  Unfortunately a business that is on it way out. The workers are misinformed, lazy & rude. You’d think if you were going to spend $1,000+ someone would “sell you the product” I couldn’t even get someone to help me, better yet, they wouldn’t let me outright by an iPhone without locking into a contract. When I tell them I want the 16, which isn’t locked under a contract the worker who’s a manager acts like I can’t buy it. I can, so I ask him to see the stock, or if I could grab one quick. (Paying cash!!) it was so unwelcoming that I left, called apple & apple was ashamed of the practices & lack of customer service. I walked into apple and bought a brand new iPhone for cash no questions asked. Shame on best buy, I won’t be shopping here anymore.

  Five stars to Ashley for troubleshooting my order issue with me and getting it resolved. No stars to the manager who, instead of hearing me out and working to solve my order issue, lectured me on how gift cards work and redirected me to call corporate while they were closed, when the employee who did my order just didn’t scan them in the first place, like I said.
