Majority of the technicians were serving customers who buy devices but almost no support available. My device needed emergency help but they won’t do anything about it. I confronted them on the delay in the repair they said that I chose not to leave it overnight I was like exercise me? Unless you do it on spot there’s no difference! And you’re not gonna let me back up and data!! Very rude and not helpful.

A few days ago, I went in because my iPhone 13 needed a new battery. One of the employees told me they would order the part and to bring my phone back in two days. When I returned, they took my phone for service, and I waited for hours. Later, they told me they couldn’t service my phone for some reason. When they handed my phone back, I was shocked — my phone was physically damaged and opened improperly. The screen and frame were separated (as shown in the pictures I’ve attached). It looked like someone had tried to open it carelessly and then just forced it closed. When I confronted them about the damage, the manager and supervisor were completely unhelpful and dismissive. They refused to take responsibility and told me that I had “signed paperwork” allowing them to decline service — as if that gives them the right to hand back a broken phone! They didn’t offer to repair the damage, replace the device, or even apologize properly. This is not the level of service Apple is supposed to provide. I trusted them with a perfectly working phone that only needed a battery replacement, and now it’s in terrible condition. The management handled the situation horribly, and I’m left with a damaged phone and no support. If you value your devices or your time, do not take your phone to the Ridge Hill Apple Store. Their service technicians are careless, and their management refuses to take any responsibility for their mistakes.
