Got my phones upgraded there. Plus, they were so kind to give me free gifts—definitely an amazing Verizon store, and I’ll definitely be back!

I visited the Verizon location in Jamaica to switch carriers after being given a quote that sounded reasonable. Based on that quote, I decided to move forward with the switch. However, when I received my first bill, it was not the amount I was promised. I went back to the store and they were able to lower the bill to what it was supposed to be. Unfortunately, the same issue continued to happen every single month. Each month, I had to physically go back to the store to get my bill corrected. This was extremely frustrating and a complete waste of my time. I kept returning to the store trying to get a real explanation as to why I was constantly being overcharged, and no one could give me a clear answer. It was very annoying and exhausting to deal with. Eventually, the staff changed, and the employees who are currently working there do not help WHATSOEVER. They are unmotivated, dismissive, and provide no real assistance. I finally decided to switch carriers. When I went back to pay my final bill, the experience was no different. As of 12/19/2025, the same guy from Tatiana’s review did nothing to help. He claims to never have access to anything, and never attempt to call or escalate the issue to find out what’s going on. Overall, this location has been nothing but a headache. Constant billing issues, no accountability, and extremely poor customer service. I would not recommend this Verizon store to anyone.

I’ve been anti apple for a long time but with Justin’s help I went home with an iPhone 17 pro max and I couldn’t be happier

Darvin went above and beyond to help me to be able to log in to the Verizon app, upgrade my phone and get the best deal possible. It took several hours but he was so patient and helpful. Best experience ever!!!
