I was a walk-in and Keith did an amazing job coming up with alternate and creative ways to access my account, transfer data, and transition me to a new phone all within a very reasonable time frame. He followed up and ensured all trade-in discounts would apply. He had a great balance of knowledge, professionalism, patience and a sales approach that was very customer centric.

The guy at the door told me he couldn't help me (calling Asurion about a broken screen), then told me to call myself (phone screen broken, can't call), and then told me to come back at noon for a better chance to talk to someone! The only reason it wasn't a 1-star experience, is he directed me to another store. Thanks for the help, guy.

The attitude was so unpleasant that we had to request another representative. The second person was somewhat helpful, but still did not set up our account properly based on our priorities. We were only told about more suitable options after the setup was completed, and when we asked to make changes, we were told to call customer service ourselves. We spent over an hour in the store, were unable to pick up the equipment we came for, and now have to waste more time calling customer support. Overall, this was a very frustrating and unprofessional experience, with no apology for the poor service or carelessness.
