  Stopped by on a whim while on vacation and couldn’t have been happier with the service provided! I’m often hesitant when it comes to going into phone stores as I’ve always been made to feel like a number on a commission report instead of an actual person but Dashawn was very informative, professional, and friendly. He took the time to listen to what I actually needed instead of what HE felt I needed. He was more than patient and exceptionally helpful which made the overall experience seamless. If you’re in the area, stop by and see Dashawn I guarantee it’ll be worth it!

  Stopped by the rye store and did not see who helped me before and was told he worked here. Dashawn Smith is really a gem! He helped me countless times before and through this major outage with verizon he assisted EVERY CUSTOMER ALONE!!! And was kind and patient and sat with me to file my insurance claim. I really couldn't have done this alone and he could've sent me along my way but he did not thank you!!! This is my new store and if he leaves again I will find him again he doesn't try to SELL you he's always there to HELP you
