I asked for a refund and that I would go to another store, her response was good luck with that. There should be no wait for an online pick up that needs no further assistance.

At which point, Angela came to help us and tell us that she couldn’t do something that we just had done a few day ago at another Apple Store. She didn’t say that she didn’t know how to do it (which would have been understandable) but that it has never been possible to do so even after we told her that it is. Rude staff that don’t have any knowledge or courtesy for customers. It’s better to drive a bit further to get the help you need.
