  Urkaa was great to work with very helpful and knowledgeable, helped my daughter transfer data. Other Staff members were great to work with as well.

  The Manger Christine… the general manger is very rude. How does apple employer her? She must hate her life and is very rude. Nasty person who need help on her social skills!

  I’d like to start off by saying, this isn’t the first time I’ve shopped here. I’ve been a loyal customer for more than 8 years. Every experience varies but these two stood out from my previous experiences. As I get there to as a question I can already tell this lady doesn’t like her job. She gave me such a dirty look. I came to ask her about a product to which she replied. “It’s not on stock” in such a rude manner. She didn’t even check the system at all. She just very rudely said that. Still giving me a dirty look. Now this isn’t the first time I deal with her. On my second trip, I recently bought something online and was coming to pick it up. A nice gentleman assisted me. He told me to wait for my product to be brought out. I made sure to request a bag before hand in case there were an additional cost. The young man said it was fine and it would be provided. As I’m waiting in my designated area. I see that same woman from last time approach me. Very rudely she asks for my ID. And basically tosses my item towards my hand. Without a bag. I explained that I requested a bag and very bothered she replied. “I don’t got no bag.” I don’t know what her deal is or why she’s very rude to paying customers. I don’t remember her name. But she has reddish hair and looks Hispanic, perhaps Puerto Rican. A bit short and skinny. I don’t know what her problem is but I don’t appreciate being treated that way. I held my composure, truly these kinds of employees are not worth the stress.
