I’m quite upset about this location ! I understand the good review but in my aspect it was my worse experience. They told me my frenchie had horrible teeth ! and his teeth will fall out, unless he needed bottom braces I can understand this comment. , I was completely dissatisfied! I taken him there and got all these insane comments/ diagnoses about him ! he’s only two and his teeth are pearly white and perfectly healthy ! Then told me he needed surgery and how bad his lower chin looked ! Mind you he is white and usually white frenchies have a bit of a redness to them !
I proceeded to get a second thought on him and the vet told me he was perfectly fine ! Gave me antibiotics and was healthy as a bee !
Idk but to me they seemed money hungry and I did not appreciate the fact that they had me worrying about such a small situation !
With a false diagnosis! and making it seem like I was a terrible owner ! My dog is always happy , and loves his best life !! he had fell a week before an incident (which all dogs have) to be quite exact it was his first incident! I appreciate the time but never again will I bring my baby there ! It was rude and uncalled for!

My cat had a heart condition and we were not aware of it until we took him to the Emergency Room. He had his physical back in November, and his primary doctor told us he was ok. Now my baby is in heaven…

If I could give more than 5 stars on this I would! From the moment I found this doctor’s office for my dog, to stepping in the office, everyone was super kind, friendly, even down to the doctors, front desk, medical assistants, everyone. I found a place who actually cares for my dog. My dog had to undergo 2 surgeries and they explained everything thoroughly from prior to the surgery to the aftercare. Even when I was going through a rough time during the healing process for my dog, they have reassured me every step of the way and have been extremely helpful! I’m so grateful for everyone there and appreciate everything they do as they truly do care for every animal that steps in that office. Thank you guys so much for all that you do! I highly recommend this office to anyone!

brought in our cat for her annual checkup and routine vaccines. they tried to charge us $400. when we balked at the price, we were offered some sort of membership program that “covers” appointments and vaccines and would be $800 a year! highway robbery! they then separated our cat from us and acted surprised when she freaked out. they refused to examine her with us in the room—something about it being too “loud” even though we were the only people at the clinic—and instead gave us a sedative to give her before bringing her back. the sedative was only $20 so we dodged that bullet and called other vets to confirm that their pricing was outrageous. we will *not* be bringing our cat back.
