  I drove 20 minutes to Apple Store in ridge hill to buy the iPhone 17 pro max and they said it’s not in stock so they sent me to Apple Store in westchester and that’s another 20 minutes when I got there they said they have it in stock so I bought it with a case. When I got home I opened the phone and I was like why is it smaller than my 15 pro max so I looked at the box and it says 17 pro so he gave me the wrong phone and the right case that’s funny honestly because now I have to drive another 40 minutes back to the store and it’s like how everyone know the gas prices. All I’m gonna say is stop drinking the last day before work and focus more because we don’t have to take your mistakes and I wish I can give you half of star

  Older worker Gary was very kind and patient with us. Immediately connected with my father and I and was incredibly helpful with trading in my MacBook. Made us feel welcome after previously experiencing bad treatment in the past at another Apple Store! Employee Mags was also very kind and helped me set up my new Macbook after having some trouble. She was very kind and answered all of our questions very quickly without making us feel rushed. 10/10!!

  I can’t thank this Apple Store enough for their repair service for my College Daughters MacBook! From the service rep, to the floor mgr and the floor reps they were so understanding to our time restraints and did what they could to help her. Never rude, not lazy always polite.

  I’d like to start off by saying, this isn’t the first time I’ve shopped here. I’ve been a loyal customer for more than 8 years. Every experience varies but these two stood out from my previous experiences. As I get there to as a question I can already tell this lady doesn’t like her job. She gave me such a dirty look. I came to ask her about a product to which she replied. “It’s not on stock” in such a rude manner. She didn’t even check the system at all. She just very rudely said that. Still giving me a dirty look. Now this isn’t the first time I deal with her. On my second trip, I recently bought something online and was coming to pick it up. A nice gentleman assisted me. He told me to wait for my product to be brought out. I made sure to request a bag before hand in case there were an additional cost. The young man said it was fine and it would be provided. As I’m waiting in my designated area. I see that same woman from last time approach me. Very rudely she asks for my ID. And basically tosses my item towards my hand. Without a bag. I explained that I requested a bag and very bothered she replied. “I don’t got no bag.” I don’t know what her deal is or why she’s very rude to paying customers. I don’t remember her name. But she has reddish hair and looks Hispanic, perhaps Puerto Rican. A bit short and skinny. I don’t know what her problem is but I don’t appreciate being treated that way. I held my composure, truly these kinds of employees are not worth the stress.
