  Phone service is DREADFUL! You have to show up in person to get service. If this is a robot, they should get a new one!

  Literally the worst best buy I’ve ever stepped foot in. Do we not help customers anymore? Why do I have to walk around to find someone to help me SPEND MONEY in your store? Who is the manager in this store? Is this acceptable to you???? Save your time and just take the ride to B&H photo.

  Even tho u join and pay for membership they charge u big rates for everything and say it's at a discount if it's not brought from Best Buy u get charged heavy no need for this cancelling they wanted to charge me about $900 to hang 3 t.v's what kind of discount is this
