I had a bit of a complicated situation with my Apple Watch order I waited over a week for it to arrive, and when it did, it came in a different color than what I had ordered. While this wasn’t his fault at all, Randy took the time to truly listen, understand my frustration, and walk me through all of my options with patience and care. He never rushed me, explained everything clearly, and genuinely went out of his way to help me get the right solution. Not everyone takes that kind of time or shows that level of understanding, and it made a huge difference for me. This is exactly the kind of service you hope for as a customer. Randy is kind, professional, and truly cares about helping people. If I could give more than five stars, I would. He’s the kind of associate that makes you want to come back to the store. Thank you so much!
