The girl who set up our account typed in wrong info including spelling my email id wrong. A month later, naturally, I get a text saying my payment was late. So, I go back to the Ridge/Orchard Pk. Rd. location and I get this rep who looks like John Candy. We tell him we can't access our account to pay our bill. After fumbling around for 45 minutes he says we need to go to the "corporate" office in Orchard Park. Well, on New Year's day we went there only to have a rep say they can't help us. I then told the rep he needs to tell these people on Ridge Rd. that they need to stop sending people on useless trips. He told me they do this all the time. If I could give zero stars I would.

Process took 3-4 minutes, went great. I asked a couple questions about my phone, specifically the steps I needed to take to repair my phone and also what would be needed in order for me to be eligible for an upgrade/trade-in. Kaylen was able to answer every question. I will 10000% be coming back here to see Kaylen to purchase my next phone. He was such a breath of fresh air compared to the very pushy and aggressive salespeople I’ve dealt with in the past. You can tell he is there to help and listen!!! I cannot commend this employee enough, and it seems like there must be a healthy management team behind their employees with how they treat their customers. 10/10 location if you’re looking for help with anything Verizon related!
