I was told by tech John W that my brand new in the package Land Rover Dashcash was defective....He had me convinced, he 🔌 the device into a c-type charger & said "see it does not work." John W was more interested in how much it would have cost me if I had the dashcam installed at the dealership then doing his job. Needless to say I took the dashcam back to the dealership & found out the incompetent Autotech John W installed the device incorrectly, which made lights come on in my truck. I will never use their services again. After John W installed it incorrectly I received a text message cancelling my appointment that I already had very weird.

After completely wasting my time, I drove 20 minutes to this Best Buy and I was told straight up they don’t fix AirPod maxes. I explained to them customer service told me to come in and all I was told was “sorry.” Are you kidding me? Complete waste of my time, stop lying to your customers.

On phone 20 minutes to find out that expected delivery is now 1/7/2026! But I could cancel and pick up. It is stock in West Nyack. But no cannot cancel now. This is lousy customer service and pay extra for being a gold member?
