  Staff was excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I’ve been using them back when they were in Deer park! My phone was acting up so I was there for quite some time and he even sent out fir coffee for me!

  Obviously people don’t know this. Is not a real version store and all the negative reviews disappear, I am at a real store and found out I was lied to and paid for services not even put through run away 7 hours with real Verizon, to verify this store lied about everything

  Sunday Feb 8th my birthday lucky me my iphone 13pro camera lens exploded from our lovely extreme freezing weather already my back glass was shattered so i was very nervous to end up with no phone especially going through a lot of medical. i was very happy Mike who helped me in the past was there. not only did he help me get the new iphone 17 pro max but he patiently help download all my information from my broken phone which was giving us a hardtime throwing out the download to the new phone over and over. that's my luck of technology but he as well at Matt who came to help while Mike had another customer at his desk while my downloading was being done. while i was waiting Mike had a husband and wife come in they were getting a phone for their young son as a surprise birthday gift. a mike didn't do like most verizon and other cellphone stores do but instead he actually grabbed a chair for the wife and spoke to her as well the husband that is such a a rarity nowadays. Mike went over my sale over multiple times cause i was already nervous i had to get a new phone and what will this now add to my already high expenses he told me again no i wasn't hearing him correctly and he went back trying to calm my nerves thst no he is working with me to get the phone i chose a larger screen to easy to read as well a awesome contract even for me to take my broken phone home to go through my new phone to make sure everything downloaded and for me to bring back both phones cause it was a trade in going on for which it didn't matter the trade in's condition and told me come back in a few weeks cause he can get me even lower cell service bill. this is the only verizon i will go to cause others i feel like i am walking into a car dealership and you can't even walk around and look and then get pressured into a car or payment that actually doesn't work for you especially if your a female. everytime i go to this verizon in West Islip i am greeted like a valued customer and don't feel like i am going to be tricked the whole staff i don't feel intimidated with which made a big purchase already feels intimidating caused my phone broke and i couldn't put it off it was get a new phone or end up having one that's not worth cost wise to repair or wake up and it stops working completely. i am sorry this review so long and wordy i hope it makes sense like i said i am going through a lot and thankfully Mike and Matt helped me through this purchase even i grabbed a car phone charger kit and Mike told me he can get other items they sell for me that are cheaper way of purchasing what i needed to help me not feel so financially overwhelmed. So thank you Mike and Matt I assure you all i will spread the word of yourselves as excellent honest salesmen looking for the best interest of your customers. why i go no where else for my cellphone needs

  My family and I went into this store on a whim before Christmas looking to switch carriers. KC and T spent a good amount of time with us, laying out the prices from our current plan and Verizon’s prices. It was really a no brainer to switch! We needed to wait for 2 more family members so we came back right after Christmas and again KC and T had our phones switched over (new phones and a new plan) in no time! The entire experience was very pleasant. We did not feel pressured into anything like we have with our previous carrier. What you see is what you get and there are no hidden fees. In fact they go out of their way to get you the most discounts and best price! I will 100% recommend this store, KC and T to my friends and family!

  We have used this store for most of our phone purchases. The staff is always great. This past weekend Abraham helped us with the purchase of an IPhone. He spent a lot of time explains tha in order to get a new phone we would need to change plans and that we already were getting the best plan for the money. He helped set up my phone and did not push me to buy any accessories. Overall a great experience. This store is always busy, probably because of the great customer service.
