- KRKim RooneyNov 10, 20255.0I needed to purchase a new phone, and the server happened to be down, (Sept 2025) and the manager ABRAR helped me set it up at another location. Associate NIVI helped me transfer all my information over with no issues at all. I have never had a more pleasant experience purchasing a new phone ever with Cricket. Please keep the Watervliet location open with these kind people running it. They clearly know how to handle a big problem, make the customer happy, and get the job down, regardless of the server being down. They didn't want to lose the sale and gave me a deal on a speaker for the inconvenience of my long wait. I am more then happy to recommend Cricket Watervliet location to anyone. I am extremely happy with my new Moto g stylus 5G 2025. Thank You! Kim Rooney
