The geek squad took my computer in and organized a pick up day for friday. We'll friday came and my pc was not ready nor did I hear from the geeksquad. On top of all that its is a literal NIGHTMARE to fight through tech support to even get to speak with one of them. Turned out within the 6 days they held my pc they did virtually nothing and told me the problem a week later was exactly what I suspected of it. Important to add the best buy call center straight up lied to me on the geeksquad service being free and lied on it being same day. SAVE YOUR MONEY, YOUR TIME, AND SANITY DO NOT GO

Kendall is a “One of a Kind” store manager. He Actually cares about his employees and their customer service. When I walked into the store I could feel the staff was kind and friendly and ready to help … this is a learned behavior. I feel this is a tribute to the management . I noticed Kendall always went out of his way to ask his employees how their was going? At the end of their shift he was quick to thank them for their work and to have a good day. These kind words make people want to come back to work and sets a productive working environment. More store managers should be like Kendall.

This place won’t fix tv 1 month after warranty and basically told me I was S.O.L. I would not recommend doing business with this place.
