John D. King III at the Salmon Run Mall in Watertown, NY went more than above and beyond his required job description, refusing to quit until he had solved the issues preventing my service from activating. After several attempts online, with 2 chat reps, between 2-3 hours EACH with 3 phone customer support representatives, I was finally sent to the store to have it done manually. This young man solved this issue in a little over an hour, staying an hour after closing time to get it done. Because of customers there ahead of me, knowing we had driven 45 minutes to get there, he took on my problem, knowing he would have to work after closing. Oh, and there was no sale, so he made no commission. An all around selfless guy!
