Do not bother to call the number, it will never reach anyone at the store ( 3 tried for 4 hours). You will be routed to some random agent working from home who only has the same information as the website and not way to access the staff at the store. Also, we have been waiting for over 1 and a half hours for a pick up order that should have been ready within in hour with no feed back expect it is still being processed and they are ready to close. I will never never ever purchase from this store again. It is horrible to treat your customers this way.

Helped my wife with her account and was really great with everything. That's the good news. The not so great news was the Manager Taylor. That dude needs some serious customer service training. He was rude, dismissive, and had an overall attitude of you are bothering me. He should be nowhere near customers. Daniel should get a promotion and Taylor needs a demotion to stocking and away from customers!
