Not only was the situation corrected in just a few mins, I was able to walk out a very short time later with a cheaper, better package and phone than VZW online was originally trying to sell me. Totally recommend for knowledgeable, friendly, honest service anytime. Don’t bother with the big box stores or corporate - anything you need can be done here in person through a much better, faster, stress-free and cost effective experience with this local service.
