So after permanently deleting all the precious pictures, from my cell phone, I was a reck! I went to Verizon to try to get them back. Louis, smiled at the task. In less than 5 mins all my pictures, and memories were back on my phone. I was so relieved and happy at the same time. Louis, assured me that he would be available to help me with any problem I had and he explained with detail and patients. He was very personable, informative, professional and eager to help. Louis, thank you so much, you are an ASSET to Verizon in Wading River.
