I came to the Apple Store to purchase a phone.
At the time, the store was very busy, but I was politely asked to wait. Once it was my turn, the associate handled everything cleanly and very quickly.
I also helped speed things up by letting them know right away that I was only interested in the phone itself and didn’t want to look at any additional products. That saved time for both of us, and the process went smoothly.
I can’t really compare this location to others in the region, as there is only one Apple Store in our area. Overall, a solid place with good service.

We needed a repair to my daughter's beats. The customer service was amazing. Both of the guys interacted with us from start to finish and was very nice. We were in and out in less then 15 mins.

Although they couldn't fix the problem, they were able to tell me what was wrong & how much a new ipad would be .
Loved how they paid attention to their customers. There were enough employees helping. People seemed happy. I was impressed with the store as a whole in general.
Definitely would go back if I ever needed to again

If there was a zero star option, I’d click it. For a store that sells phones, it sure is hard to get them on the phone. I went to the store with an issue with my brand new AirPods. Ended up having to order a warranty AirPod case and was as told would likely be in before Thanksgiving. As of today, I haven’t heard anything and I’m not even sure how they’ll be contacting me. Called the store was routed to a national call center who then informed me they’d need to call the store to get the answer... After 8 minutes on hold, operator came back and asked if I’d like to continue to have her wait or if I wanted to be transferred to the store to wait on my own. Not wanting both of us to waste our time I said transfer me and I’ll wait. I’m now 20 minutes in to waiting (not including the first 10 minutes of routing and waiting) and it just hung up on me. Seems like it used to be easier to call a store. Too be fair this may be a corporate issue that the store has no control of. I went from just wanting to get a simple update to wasting a half hour + of my life.
