  I went to get my iPhone port fixed and was helped by Cayne. He was very helpful in explaining the situation and truly made me feel at ease. He even went out of his way to look for the needed part to fix my iPhone! Cayne truly deserves some sort of appreciation or raise. I honestly wanted to purchase an item just so he could get more credit bHe was guiding me with Isaiah and I believe Catherine. They were all truly awesome.

  Not sure what Apple is doing with the customer service people, but in order to get your iPhone fixed, one should just Google how to do it yourself. It'll be more useful and timesaving than go to the Apple store at Eastview...

  Tim was the most genuine person that I have ever dealt with at any Apple Store. Mind you, I am not from New York. I had the pleasure of meeting him today and viewing his demo which was amazing. I hope that Apple takes him far. He is a great worker and definitely a team player, thank you Tim for all your help today. Couldn’t say that for the rest of the team there, but Tim definitely saved the day with great customer service !

  This morning I had a 10:00 appointment in the Apple store located in Eastview mall. I walked in a few minutes early and was greeted immediately. My sign-in was handled by another agent. I was instructed to sit on one of the cubes. Larry was the technician who assisted me. He was very patient, professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring! Larry has a great personality. At one point, we experienced technical issues with the iPad or software, and Hazel stepped in. Both were super helpful and resolved my concerns! I appreciate your time and assistance, Larry!
