  Best Buys are good everywhere, but the Victor, NY store is a very special place. When I had to go to the Henrietta store, after having been to the Victor store many times, that is when I noticed the difference. At Victor you are treated as family, not merely as a consumer. Yes, all Best Buy personal are knowledgable, but at Victor they were willing to spend as much time with you as needed or desired. At Henrietta, I would have had to have paid $40 for a phone set up, at Victor they did it for free, not just once, but as many times as I needed it. Their Geek Squad and staff were totally at my disposable as if I was the only customer in the store. At Victor their entire staff genuinely cared about their customers and making sure they were completely satisfied when they left. Whoever is managing the Victor store must be on a personal crusade to provide excellent service to all of their customers. I must say, I rarely have experienced anything like this in my shopping experiences.

  Best buy. Not the type of place you would expect to be blown away by anything. It is my belief that retail stores in America and across the world are only able to compete with Amazon for 2 reasons, people like Michael and Josh and their willingness to go above and beyond, and then a lot further still. The Scene: It was a cold February night, on the 20th, the day prior to my day of birth. I had just gone to the Apple Store at Eastview Mall and dealt with subpar customer service that was beyond lackluster. Once they hook you onto their ecosystem, you remain a customer, and they have no need for customer service. I am just a number to them, but dammit I will keep buying their phones. After spending an outrageous amount of money on an iphone 17 pro, I knew I needed a good phone case and screen protector. Being from the area, I was aware of the Best Buy in the proximity, and headed over right after my phone purchase. The Beauty: I walked into Best Buy, having just spent nearly the same as my monthly rent, or a 1/4 of an ounce of gold, for something I will surely need to replace too soon. I was lost, desperate and needed emotional, spiritual and technical support. The Heros: Michael and Josh quickly came to my aide, as I went to the customer service desk describing my situation. I needed a good case and solid screen protector. Both of these gentlemen THREW their personal cell phones out of there pockets and onto the ground SEVERAL times to demonstrate the strength of their cases and screen protectors. I felt like a child lost, being guided home by the friendliest knights. Their customer service quality was S-Tier, and I even told my coworkers about how incredible they were. My mother was with me and was also astonished, as she is a seasoned shopper, and has never, and will likely never experience such friendliness as we did that night from Michael and Josh. Both of these fine fella's made me WANT to spend money, which is already difficult for me to do after having spent a small fortune earlier that night. I commend Michael and Josh, and would recommend them for the Key to the City of Rochester, however since I am not mayor, the least I can do is say thank you very much.

  I would like to say best buy in Victor. The employees there give excellent customer service. Especially one employee Josh was very patient and helped me with what phone would be the best. Thank you to best buy for your service. I will continue to come back.
