  This vet is the best! Jen and the rest of the team behind the desk are very responsive and helpful, also very caring and always remember us and our little guy when we call. They've also called just to check in on him as he was very sick when we first started seeing them. THey are very responsive and you can tell they love what they do! I recommend their care plan if you have a needy puppy, seems like it covers more with them and more frequently than our private insurance, we are having regrets not doing so for his first year!

  There are moments when fear and helplessness overwhelm you, and you hope someone will simply show up. For my dog, that someone was VCA. They treated her with kindness and gentleness, while offering me compassion and reassurance, making the experience feel personal, safe, and deeply human. From the first time she became seriously ill, they showed me what veterinary care could truly be — welcoming us without hesitation, guiding me through every frightening step, and making us both feel supported. I don’t have much support in my life, but VCA has been that support. They’ve given my dog more time, comfort, and chances than I could have managed alone. I genuinely don’t know how I would have done this without them. If you want a clinic that leads with skill, heart, and humanity, VCA is the place. I recommend them with complete gratitude.

  I had an unexpected and heartbreaking loss of my 4-year-old cat, and I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Pitcher and the entire team at VCA Southern Tier animal Hospital. They treated my cat with dignity, compassion, and respect in his final moments, and they guided me through an unbearable decision with so much empathy. I am truly grateful for the care, patience, and gentleness they showed both of us. This is an outstanding veterinary clinic, and I would recommend them to anyone who loves their pets.
