We brought it back in and the gentleman attempted to trouble shoot what was wrong. Come to find out there was a serious issue and they had no other options in the store. Chris went above and beyond he not only made the effort to find us another gaming pc but got it in fast and discounted the difference so we didn’t have to pay anymore! Thank you Chris our daughter is going to enjoy her new gaming pc.

I asked if my Virgin Obie hot spot could be a part of my issue. ? THE ANSWER WAS no. Today I called Virgin Mobile.and I dontk know what they did but my issue has been solved. The Geeks were really good but the folks who have hotspot may need to look into this.
