- EGEd GageJun 24, 20201.0I placed a phone call to them to make a appointment for a repair and in the time I sat there waiting for some one to answer I was able to look up a local competitor of the geek squad and called them from my wife’s phone spoke to them set a appointment and ended the call and still no one had answered at the geek squad and this occurred at 2pm on a Wednesday so they weren’t closed will not recommend them if any one ask
