Very positive experience. I needed to return a new vacuum & exchange it for a lighter one. Each customer service representative I encountered were very courteous and professional!!

After three separate visits, I received five conflicting explanations regarding my service plan and the device's specs. Ultimately, the sale was blocked. I am extremely confused—is this 'fraud prevention' or simply a failure in customer service?

Customer service is just not what it used to be. We walked in to no greeting. Looking for a fitbit watch, we got no help there. Not even a glance, and someone was dusting the shelf on the other side. Then we wanted to buy a new laptop for my wife. We wandered around for a good 20 minutes before anyone even looked over. I tried to ask a few questions we got a few very vague answers. I pretty much figured out which one we wanted by ourselves, ended up spending almost 1000 dollars, it got thrown in a bag and have a nice day. Really crappy experience

I went there to get my charging port fixed which i had previously gotten done at apple no problem. Had to go in 3 separate times for them to even take my phone. Then when the time came I waited in the store for 5 hours for a 2 hour repair. They ended up replacing my screen which DID NOT need replacing. By the end of it they logged into the wrong icloud on my device then when I had to reset it myself MY OWN phone password doesn’t work on my phone to the point where it is disabled. I had then tried to call to reach to who repaired my phone (who was a very nice employee) in order to see if they changed my password during repair. They would not answer my questions and insisted I come back in after I HAD ALREADY BEEN THERE FOR 5 HOURS. I got home an hour ago and my phone is currently disabled and I’ve had this password for years!!! Not only that but there were many costumers with appointments waiting forever, and sometimes they like to claim you missed the 10 minute grace period, meanwhile you were on line that whole time. I had the same issue months ago and apple fixed it no problem by the time I left the store I was logged back into my icloud account. DO NOT GO FOR APPLE PRODUCTS, I’m going to have to go to apple now anyways. Save yourself the pain and time in your day (I’m a college student who was there from 11:20 till 5 and had to miss class) and GO TO APPLE. Going an hour to syracuse would be more worth it. I’m currently a college student with no phone how safe is that.
