    Ash, at the Verizon store at Green Acres Mall is very knowledgeable with the Verizon product, has 100% patience and pleasant to speak with.This review was from a recent visit during the Christmas holidays. Ash team members should be happy to have him onboard. Ask for Ash on your next visit.

    Sal, or Santa as I like to call him, is the best! My daughter’s #1 Christmas present was delayed shipping from another store and would not arrive in time. Sal came through and made sure I didn’t leave the store without the phone. He was professional, quick and even utilized more offers than my original purchase, saving me $$.

    I had a great experience with Payal at Verizon. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and helped me choose the best option for my needs. I never felt rushed, and she made sure all my questions were answered before I left. Payal provided excellent customer service and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend working with her if you visit Verizon.

    I had a very disappointing and concerning experience with this Verizon Wireless authorized dealer. Lines were added to my account, supposedly to “save” me money. Months later, I discovered those lines were incurring charges I was never informed about only to see it showing up on my bill. Now that these unauthorized charges have surfaced, the store is refusing to take responsibility or offer any resolution. Instead of helping fix the issue they created, they are deflecting and avoiding accountability. This is extremely misleading and feels deceptive. I can only imagine how many other customers may be affected by this type of practice without realizing it until months later when the charges pile up. I strongly urge anyone visiting this location to review everything in writing, check their account carefully, and monitor future bills closely. Transparency and honesty were completely lacking here.

    This store is completely misleading , please if you do go, BE SURE TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE to ensure you are getting what was discussed in person. In my experience the store manager Tony and the general manager who present at the time put 2 insurances that were not asked for on my plan totaling over 60 dollars in just insurances and many other fees that he failed to make me aware of resulting in a bill of 484 dollars just 2 days after i left out of the establishment. Also i was trying to get cases for the 3 new iPhone 17's that i purchased and i was informed i wouldn't be able to put accessories on my bill as Verizon doesn't allow that , which I later found out to be untrue. INTEGRITY MATTERS AND IF THE GENERAL MANAGER AND THE MANAGER CONDONES THE MISLEADING SALES TACTICS TO MEET QUOTA THEY SHOULD NOT BE CONDUCTING BUSINESS.
